The Open Student Television Network is a channel devoted to student production of student programming including, sitcoms, dramas, documentaries, films, animation, news, and many others.

Title III effect on HBCUs

President Bush proposed and approved a budget for $3.1 trillion for the fiscal year of 2009. Some programs for post secondary education were eliminated and others were cut.
This budget affects HBCUs and also Bennett College. This budget will decrease Title III Aid for Institutional Development by $119.
